I had a nightmare a couple of months ago. A black shadowy figure was stabbing me in the stomach at like 3 or 4 am. I woke up screaming and thrashing around and scared the shit out of my cat.
I also had a dream where my mouth was full of snail shells. I kept spitting them out, but my mouth was still full of them, and it felt so real I could taste them when I woke up in the middle of the night.
And maybe a couple of weeks ago, I had another episode of sleep paralysis I think, which I hadn't had in a while. I passed out on my couch, but "woke up" at 2 am or so, and there was a black shadowy mass in my living room. I couldn't move. I couldn't yell out for help. I'm scared to sleep, bros.

I don't believe in God but i have 2;
I don't urinate at night, never have for a decade. One night i had to pee like no ones business. I ran to the bathroom and my sis was passed out from a suicide attempt middle of the bathroom floor . I ran out still not awake/understanding and went to another toilet. "later i fount out it was a suicide attempt and i stopped it" /still regret it
2nd I had a weekday off so I was in the basement playing games on laptop in quest room when I heard the dogs bark at a usual daily solicitor come by. That day i had the full mental urge to go to the door "which I never do /parents house spending a week vacation there" their black pug "who is scared of the outdoors" ran out right across the street in -20C weather while I'm in underwear/socks and a housecoat. The dog come back from across the street as I'm out the door and runs 2 houses down to 2 children. I yelled to the 2 children "how i was sorry and how the dog was harmless" #pet therapy certified As i got to them they said "I'm scared and this guy in a Van is following us" I grabbed the dog and said "come inside and phone your mom" by the time I got back to the house my lazy sis woke up and wondered what was going on?
Told her to take care of the kids and insinuated her that someone is following them,I locked the door and got my weapon ready in-case he came for them. /fucker was gonna die before he could touch them
Cop with mum came in 15 and they left. Dog helped a lot :P
Still don't understand how I was "made" to do things I normally wouldn't but I observe and contemplate
