Pretty people tend to do better in all career paths. Theres research on that. So, you could capitalize and earn more in the long run with on your looks + a proper career path. Like you said - modeling is easy and this path has a very hard expiration date. If you think thats all you can really do - thats your choice, but thread carefully. Im 6'2", 200lb, 18% body fat, older than you, around your smv and doing quite good for myself in a leading position in an IT company

you need to tailor your look to your market as well. if you live in a city get a manager once you get your headshots done. the manager will get you photoshoots and mainly auditions for small roles in tv/film. once you find your market you can tailor more. if you end up in underwear, you need a better tan on your crotch and legs with MORE muscle mass. if you get into fashion the biggest thing you need is a good wardrobe for when you go to auditions/meet people. show me your wardrobe. also if you get into fashion you want to tailor yourself for a more twinky look.
