You're got dry skin. You might need to use a less aggressive body wash or soap. Use lotion twice a day after showering. Let it heal and you'll be back to normal in 2 weeks. But if you fuck with it, it can get way worse. Trust me...

You probably have an allergy to your lubricant. That used to happen to me, but I switched water-based lubes containing glycerin to Olive oil. Natural oils won't do that to your skin.
