well when it was cold enough that it actually destroyed homes and being outside for longer then 20 mins could cause harm i think the cold will win out on that one.
thankfully its usually 120s arround me and like 105-110 by me. i am less then a mile from lake michigan. and its possible cause midwest weather does what it wants, especially wisconsin. it can be 120 one day then a cool 60 the next. its dumb but possible. and yeah cause im a big dude, 270ish lbs, i fucking sweat to death in it.
