Whites are not genetically interbred to the point where "hybrid vigor" would exist. If anything such mixing would decrease genetic diversity by mixing unique gene sets leading to less variation.

There's a very minute chance you wouldn't be considered mixed race depending on who and when you're being judged. Racialization and the construction of races has changed over the ages. Demographic change isn't necessarily inevitable but forcing people to couple up based solely on race is kind of fucked up even if you think race mixing is a bad idea. Autonomy, along with the innate factors presented in our modern society, will change the definitions of race in our society. So long as we maintain our cultures, so long as those ideas and customs are worth saving, they will endure. Pedigree in humans is generally stupid.
