>Fill a bowl with warm water.
>Place tip of dick in bowl.
>Gently massage foreskin together.
>Towel dry & gently, GENTLY massage the foreskin.
>Dip back into the warm water & massage foreskin again.
>After about an hour or so it will be easier to pull back but may still be a bit tender.
>Pull it back gently as possible to the point where it doesn't pull back.
>Find something to bite down on.
>Now in one mildly sharp tug pull it back all the way.
>It will be slightly painfull but the hard part is over now.
>Now submerge penis in warm water.
>Gently wash away any smegma so all clean.
>Clean bowel & dip penis back in.
>Gently massage the foreskin in it's pulled back position.
>Repeat the massaging for about 30mins to an hour.
>Make sure you use warm clean water each dip.
