Google it. I had it and it is recurring. People don't know the cause, some think its to do with your gut health but idk. The only certainty is that using handwash soaps and things inflames it.

Get a moisturiser that you use regularly, especially after washing your hands, avoid soaps/chemicals as much as possible. And the main thing that helped me is getting Apple cider vinegar, diluting it in water 1 parts ACV to 3 W and soaking your hand in it for 30 mins. Kills it after 1 or 2 days

Yours is mild, if you want to vomit google some bad cases of it.

I have those too sometimes, hands and feet. Just filled with water, not pus. If you don't pop them they itch like crazy and of you do pop them they spread. Doctors didn't have a clue so I just pop them, pull off what skin I can, clean really well and put on some cortison.

can be caused by stress, just get cortison cream.
