Oh yes, it is a very shot effect. Maybe you should try it on weed.
Haven't done it very often, since the effect is only a few minutes maximum.

Just put it in a Ballon, inhale as deep as you can and hold for as long as you can, then breathe in and out of the balloon as normal untill you land.
Just don't take more then 1 balloon at once and you will be fine.

First you breath out. Take the opening of the balloon firmly in your mouth and inhale everything. If you exhaled correctly you should be able to inhale everything. Then, without letting go of the balloon, you exhale into the balloon. Into the lung, into the balloon ans so on and so forth.

If you only do one or two balloons every once in a while you are fine.... and if you want to do more than one balloon in a night, make sure to take 5-10 minute breaks between them

it's not addictive per se but the high is short and you'll want more, like how crack cocaine only lasts like 5 minutes and then you find a way to justify smoking more to yourself. imo nitrous isn't that spectacular on its own, but it's fucking awesomecakes with weed or lsd. either way don't go crazy with it, it's not particularly dangerous but your brain's oxygen and nitrogen levels aren't going to thank you for huffing that shit all night
