you got it brotha, and you'll be stronger for surviving it. I hear that though I've exclusively done acid for awhile because mushrooms are just a little too weird for me usually. maybe check out Alan watts, some people have made excellent videos of his lectures on YouTube with beautiful visuals and music, usually they're like 10 minutes long so not a huge investment of time either. very calming and reassuring stuff
