Keep in mind that priority channels will be unaffected. Sadly this means you can't get the young turds demonetized.

Focus on smaller (under 100K) non-partnered liberal channels and hammer their comment areas relentlessly. Make sure to use inappropriate language to trigger algorithms while not actually saying anything bannable.

As awesome it would be to fuck over/troll every jewtuber with this, it only effects videos that have kids in it.

Anyone worth demonetizing likely has more income from selling shit, patreon, and affiliate links. Youtube has become a marketing platform rather than its original state of video sharing. Total bullshit now. I only use it for education.

Google owns youtube and adsense, so it could do some damage.

Also, keep in mind that Google can monitor traffic to these sites to try to determine attacks and not penalize the sites should the deem an attack on the site and not genuine comments.
