He was, dare I say, "almost" Piper-tier when it came to his mic work. The guy should have been the next GOAT heel announcer or even possibly the next great manager.

He would have likely feuded with Austin for the strap and held it a time or two honestly. He would have at least been on par with Foley's career when all was said and done.
