I think he meant sleep paralysis, it's a frightening medical condition for those who have it. Though ya I'm a zombie, helps with the line of work I'm interested in and I always needed less sleep than others so it's not too bad for me. I have constant large dark circles around my eyes like a raccoon because of it

Sleep paralysis would make a lot more sense. Also you should try something to help you sleep better. Maybe less caffeine, or try melatonin. If that doesn't work try taking a few benadryl before bed

I only drink one cup of coffee a day that I make myself, I'm not an addict just because I want to work at a coffee shop for a starting job. Though sleep has always been a problem for me, I'm awake late at night and get up early in the morning, only time this changed was early teenage years cause of needed sleep to grow. Otherwise I've just always been a zombie, also benadryl never made me tired enough to sleep, just drowsy
