Some people just have it. You see it reflected in how they name things, how they joke, how they talk. Some people just have it. The meme style, the meme attitude.
I want to make a lot of new and fresh meme projects, I have ideas, effort, a platform, but I have one issue that ruins it all. I do not possess this meme spirit. I'm not memey. My jokes, the names I give are boring. How can I guide a meme army without being in the first line fighting? I need the memey mementum. That memely memed meme meme. How do I get that? How do I become a true memester?
help pls
How to get the "meme style"
*slow claps*
*steps out of the shadows*
Heh... not bad, kid. Not bad at all. Your meme, I mean. It's not bad. A good first attempt. It's plenty dank... I can tell it's got some thought behind it... lots of quotable material...
But memeing isn't all sunshine and rainbows, kid. You're skilled... that much I can tell. But do you have what it takes to be a Memester? To join those esteemed meme ranks? To call yourself a member of the Ruseman's Corps? Memeing takes talent, that much is true. But more than that it takes heart. The world-class Memesters - I mean the big guys, like Johnny Hammersticks and Billy Kuahana - they're out there day and night, burning the midnight meme-oil, working tirelessly to craft that next big meme.
And you know what, kid? 99 times out of a hundred, that new meme fails. Someone dismisses it as bait, or says it's "tryhard," or ignores it as they copy/paste the latest shitpost copypasta dreamt up by those sorry excuses for cut-rate memers over at reddit. The Meme Game is rough, kid, and I don't just mean the one you just lost :^). It's a rough business, and for every artisan meme you craft in your meme bakery, some cocksucker at 9gag has a picture of a duck or some shit that a million different Johnny No-Names will attach a milion different captions to. Chin up, kid. Don't get all mopey on me. You've got skill. You've got talent. You just need to show your drive.
See you on the boards...
You wanna be a real mememan? It takes a lot of courage and dedication, ingenuity and intuition, and a whole lot of luck and sex appeal. Why would anyone be interested in your meme if they also didn't want to fuck you? Think about it.
lmao just say nigger lole
Do you really think I have talent senpai? ^^
I heard that memes are based on the platonic concepts so the result is a physicless connection, or are you talking about metaphorical sex appeal?
but that's racist you damned niggar
Most people try to create an image of a creator in their mind and if that creator image is not of a sexually appealling person then usually the material created by them tends to be unappealling as well.
Oh, so I should namefag as chad?
Not a bad start
don't you have anything better to do in life
I want to do cool stuff with cool people, the internet is the easiest place to make that happen. As the organizer I am responsible for the climate of the collaboration. Taking it seriously means either achieving high quality, which is hard, or being pathetic. Not taking it seriously and joking around isn't something I'm very good at, but I want to learn because it seems the only real way
What I'm I supposed to do? Organize irl stuff with people with different intentions and me being the shitty useless one because I have shit skills? Take myself seriously on the web and end up being cringy as fuck?
I just want to be a part of something. Shit out ideas and things. But it's hard
