As for Asuka, the biggest match they could've had for her and Charlotte was their rematch and instead they shoehorned Charlotte into the Ronda/Becky stuff, which didn't need her at all.

Naomi got a push last year and she never had a good promo. That shit doesn't matter, it's all random if you're not their chosen two. They just wait you out, push you every now and then and tell you "We have nothing for you" until your contract is up and you get a mercy run so you can resign a mark contract for good money
