i am true to myself, and i have hardened my heart so that i can properly engage with people in ways that really benefit me while also not causing trouble to them. i can also detatch myself from them as soon as i want to, hence my relationships with people end when they should end and in healthy ways. i can also draw and i'm very good at it, and i can also play guitar which i'm decent enough.

That's what I should be asking you. I'm not as good as you, and you don't have to improve yourself to be as good as me because you're already better than me.
To elaborate: I am a 330lb NEET who almost never leaves the house, and spends all day every day eating, shitposting, fapping, napping, and playing vidya. I live in my uncle's guest room, which is strewn with rotting garbage from my frequent compulsive binge eating escapades and Amazon boxes from all the unnecessary technology I've ordered with the money I was paid by my mother's life insurance providers when she died last year. I take welbutrin, prozac, and losartan every day. I regularly rip out patches of my own skin. I don't just mean I clean up dead skin either, I literally rip open holes in my living and otherwise healthy skin and then perpetually prevent them from healing by periodically "smoothing them out" with my fingernails. I also draw obscure fetish porn. I've gotten pretty decent at it, which frankly is even worse.
