I saw the ice Frozen on the shore one winter which looked like plastic but not just any plastic but a particularly low quality type of plastic that I've seen before

I use glass bottles and recycle, but there will always be trash of some sort unfortunately.
My state is banning plastic bags this September, but I wish people would just be more responsible and NOT throw trash in the streets and ocean.
