Ok it was kind of a pain in le asse to find since most of the internet content related to this person has been purged for legal / TOS reasons, but apparently this is an example of what's called keppen-lubinsky syndrome.

It's also called "generalized lipodystrophy-progeroid features-severe intellectual disability syndrome," implying it's more or less exactly what it looks like from this picture: people with this disease can't put on weight, age much too quickly, and are mentally incapable.

They may be severely mentally impaired, but even people like them are capable of deciding for themselves whether life is worth living. I mean chickens are pretty stupid too, and they definitely look even less human by this, by a very wide margin -- and yet, if a chicken wants to live, it's better for that chicken to live than it is for it to die, right? I mean sure, chicken meat is good and all, but I think even most people who eat meat would agree that the life of the chicken is the greater good, whether they implement that belief in their lifestyle or not.
