I really like the way you painted the lines in this piece. They make the work feel.. frantic, almost afraid. There's a sense of movement within those speeding lines. The use of only two colors, it says more than I can put into words. The pale white in the background, deep black in the foreground. It's an alienated feeling. Oh my goodness. This new piece is... fantastic! It's obviously drawn by the same person (no plagiarism here! :)) and it has a very similar "vibe" to the frantic, afraid work beforehand. The new additions of pink, red and blue really accentuate this work beyond what was possible with just two colors! They act as a sort of softener, making the whole thing much more easy on the eyes, while still carrying that same sense of terror that I've come to expect from you. These abstracting lines and strokes could even look like a person to some, the blue being placed in such a way that it might resemble eyes. However, what this means is a bit beyond me. Potentially a tragic childhood death? Maybe a loved one after an injury? Maybe it's just the artist's personal take on the cover of dawn of the black hearts, whatever it may represent, it speaks to me in ways no picture has, ever before.
