Through years of research, I found out that it is indeed paint. Look at the texture of it. It's on the outer layer of skin, also. There was no swelling or redness around it when he first appeared with it. It varied in size and shape all the time. There is no scar there nkw, and it was never faded. Plus, the Undertaker woukd have kicked someone's ass if they talked shit to him over it, anyway.
