It's just what happens when I get really tired, but am unable to sleep. My mind blanks out for large periods of time instead of just going to sleep, and the medicine is doing that to me

Well it normally doesn't happen to me, just when I'm super tired, I physically can't sleep unless I'm in a place my mind has deemed able to be a bed. I don't go to a doctor for it as I hate it when people IRL worry about me, which is what would happen if I did go to the doctor

I can never get rid of the feeling though, I think I got clinically diagnosed for it, who knows as I've gone through multiple therapists. I won't get sad though, I tend to like being alone for long periods of time, and you can't feel sad when your dead inside so that's a plus
