buy a pair steel toed boots and wear them constantly everywhere
after the first couple months of near-unbearable pain your feet will become immune to not only blisters, but also small shards of glass, thorns, teeth and lego bricks
i did this when i was 13 and at 20 my feet are still INVINCIBLE
