That happens when they "freeze" the corpse. They put a needle in one vein, and another in another. They have embalming fluid under pressure and when they release it or "freeze" the corpse it replaces the blood with preservative, this causes men to get an erection. It's kind of funny how it just shoots straight up. If you're getting open casket and have a particularly long dick it may be snapped off so people don't have to see it.
