That does not mean he doesn't have other business ventures or hobbies or family or other reasons he wouldn't be busy.

Well to be fair Busy is relative. Brock probably works a lot and cherishes his alone time. I can't knock him for that, and you couldn't imagine the upkeep on something like a farm. And the fact he spends so much time there means he's probably tending to most of the stuff on his own time. It's not like he has hundreds of farm hands and stuff (which he might when he's touring)
