I'm trying to think of who on the WWE roster actually uses a powerbomb and I'm struggling big time.
Owens had the pop-up, but doesn't seem to use it right now. Reigns has that sit Razor's Edge. I guess you can also count Zayn's blue thunder bomb, but that's it as far as I can remember.
