Brock vs Gold Berg was

Jhon's eyes looking in different directions troubles me

Yep, Brock-Goldberg at Mania was one of the best 5 minute matches of all time. Crowd was electric and then they got Roman vs. Taker after to kill them off.

lol no baby, let the real boys show you how to have a match with Brock

It's almost as if Brock Lesnar brings a different feeling to a main event when not booked as the guy who doesn't want to show up to work.

When he tries? Yeah. Brock vs. Joe, Brock vs. Finn, Brock vs. AJ, Brock vs. Bryan, some good stuff.

>ITT: Brock Lesnar general

It's not even the whole 'when he tries'. He was one of the most over babyfaces even when killing people and they completely killed that in order to try to get over Roman and the result was both guys getting booed in shitty matches.

Their Wrestlemania and Summerslam match last year felt like it was taking years off my life.

>5'8 manlet
>big fight feel
kek bryan's fanboys are as delusional as AEWtists

2003 Brock Lesnar was the second coming of Christ. Modern Brock can do some good stuff, but you shouldn't put your top title on a guy that's unmotivated and isn't on TV or PPVs.
As for Roman, tried with Brock, didn't work. 30 minute HHH main event, didn't work. "Retired" Taker, didn't work. Tried with Brock again instead of pulling the trigger on Strowman, didn't even win the title because it wouldn't work, didn't work. Everything short of turning the guy heel, and the only reason we got behind him was the disease.

"Bryan is neither a draw nor a good wrestler because he's short" is truly gigabrained.

>didn't even win the title because it wouldn't work, didn't work
I still have a feeling Vince changed his mind at the last second because he knew there'd be no way in hell he could ever rewrite history to make that "Roman's Cornation"

He's certainly motivated to bump his ass off if you put him in the ring with someone he respects or feels can bring it in the ring.

Put him in with Braun and Brock will just punk him out like a bitch.

Braun really should've won the chamber and whipped Brock's ass at Mania 34. He had all the goddamn momentum in the world and they threw it away for Roman. And Roman didn't even win because he's Roman and people were gonna throw garbage into the ring.

Imagine thinking Daniel Bryan has ever been a draw

big fight feel is the most fucking cringe and overused turn of phrase. if you have to say it, it isn't.

SEETHING COPE

You forgot having Roman go over Bryan at a nothing PPV, then having Roman go over Cena at a nothing PPV, throwing away their two biggest possible programs in the company to get quick wins for Roman which nobody wanted and left them with nothing good to book for him so he feuds with midcarders for months and months. Truly brilliant build for the Big Dog. They didn't even capitalize on the cancer return and now he is back to catching more and more boos as time goes by.

this was the peak of wrestling and marked the beginning of the end

Yep, forgot about those.
They could've used the cancer return to build some new stars, too, like giving Drew the win at Mania to show Roman was vulnerable now. But shit, here we are.

>1 month build
>"BIG FIGHT FEEL"
Fuck E-cucks are SAD

Roman then won it in a nothing match and got cancer less than two months later. Roman vs. Lesnar is cursed.

You gotta appreciate the consistency of calling one month builds "big fight feel" while simultaneously shitting on Gargano constantly despite having one of the greatest and most well received slow-burn feuds in recent memory.

OMG THEY FOUGHT OVER A WOMAN BUT I'M EXCITED BECAUSE THEY MADE A REALLY GOOD MUSIC VIDEO

That Debra shit was so stupid, I swear.

They were both great matches, too. You could still make some good money on a Roman/Bryan rematch, but a Cena rematch would make no sense unless he comes back for a full year and just runs through everyone else. That could actually be based.
>Cena comes back
>Rusty for a month
>Loses to undercard guys like Apollo
>Gets his swagger back
>Slowly makes his way through the ranks
>Wins U.S. title
>Wins Intercontinental Title
>Roman is Champ
>Cena relinquishes U.S. and IC belt
>Says he'll win Rumble and face Roman at Mania
>He's about to do it
>3...2..1. Rock comes out as entrant #30
>Wins Rumble
>Cena finds some way to get into the match anyway for mania
>Roman/Rock/Cena Main event
>Cena goes over
>17 time champion

Gargano looks like a substitute teacher. He's not a credible champion and somehow Cole is even worse. It's stupid as hell having guys like that in the main event while legit main event talent is on the show. He's also a nerd.

Cena/Roman wasn't that great, and the Bryan one was disappointing, but Roman's not a bad worker. He was a great tag team guy, that's for sure

Remember that period in time where Roman was trying new moves and adopting the Razor's Edge into his moveset? Now he's just a Goldberg/Lesnar meme moveset where it seems like all he does is "SAMOAN DROP, SUPERMAN PUNCH, SPEAR!" every single time.

Gargano wasn't champ, he was the talented undersized underdog challenging. Ciampa was the champ. Hell, the only reason Gargano got the title was because he was supposed to beat his blood rival and they didn't want to make Cole a top heel without a good series of matches.

actually, is was Mox vs Ishii

This. E Simps make me laugh how at how much of a cuck for Vince they are.

Roman Bryan was pretty great, man, and was the first match that proved he could actually work a decent singles match. I remember Yea Forums seething afterwards and everyone saying Roman was carried because of how good it was.

The only matches I can ever remember having a big fight feel are Rock/Austin, Hogan/Rock, HBK/Austin and Hogan/Sting. Actually, the first Cena/Rock too.

Rock Cena was huge, maggle.

I should probably watch it again, yeah

Being short doesn't have much to do with it, there's been plenty of short guys that drew dimes
Bryan just looks like an emaciated pussy and all he can do is shitty looking kicks

still the best match WWE has ever produced

easily a fluke

>a mindless nothing G1 match in the middle of the tournament that won't be remembers 5 years from now
Nu Japanlets are as delusional as e drones yet it never fails to make me laugh that they don't realize this

>Kill Brock Lesnar's aura completely to try and get people to cheer for Roman when you have Roman beat him at WM34
>Nobody cheers for Roman
>You don't put Roman over at WM34.
>Brock is forever "the guy nobody likes because he doesn't show up" now
Bravo, Vince.

He decided like a week out. Roman found out when he got to the venue the day of the show. The ref found out via headset in the ring. Basically everybody except the guys in the match and Vince's tightest inner circle all thought Roman was winning right up until Brock pinned him.

>one of the greatest and most well received slow-burn feuds in recent memory.
Yeah yeah that's great pal but I need some stars to wrestle tag matches on Monday and Tuesday night. Your neck hurts? OH BOO FUCKING HOO

People are still talking about Omega/Naito's semi-final match from 2016, you'll have people jerk off Tanahashi vs. Nakamura at WK8 still and that shit happened well over 5 years ago.

>Semi final match is equivalent to some day 6 nothing seeding matches
based retard

Okay. People are still fawning over Goto vs. Ishii from 2018. It's still one of "those matches" people go out to watch.

>you'll have people jerk off Tanahashi vs. Nakamura at WK8
said no one ever except you today and is the worst match of their 3 match series

The real tragedy in wrestling is Vince killing Lesnar's soul during his first run which turned him into the boring money mark he is now. His 2012+ run has never had anything come close to his classic feuds with the Hardyz, Angle, Mysterio, Bikertaker and Eddie.

Watching Cena get BROCKED made the entire lolcenawins era worth it though, I'll never forget the collective smark orgasm.
