He is, and it's ridiculous that he has to speak and promote his product when we all watch the show and see how some of the matches and wrestlers are complete shit, and he's all about 'Everything was so great, every match, we got a lot of talent'. Bro, no, the matches were about half shit, a few mediocre, one good. You have a whole bunch of shitters from the Young Bucks, Omega making nonsensical matches with the Joshi who have to wrestle around shitters, and the only good shit is clearly involving Cody, who should be in charge but they can never change the EVP roles without everything falling apart and tons of backlash as well as drama. And you've got Cody trying to build these shitters up, but then Bucks and co. ruining everything. Cody had a very well received story with Golddust, then they lose their first match against the Bucks, then Bucks fuck up the post match promo, then Cody builds Darby and actually makes him look decent, and Bucks have him in with Jelly Jannetty and Timmy Faggot in a match nobody wanted. Then you have Cody build up 10 man huge with a chairshot and Tully as his manager, and Bucks forever ruin the whole fucking thing by saying the chair was worked, etc... the same fucking night, ruining the heat and rubbing some of their gay 'it's all a work teehee' shit on Cody's story. I guarantee whoever Cody builds up next will also be ruined by Bucks somehow.

I don't understand this attitude that every match is shit, or that every show is a failure if it's not an all-time classic. Most of the matches have been good. They've had a handful of not-so-great matches and a handful of really great matches, but most are decent-to-good, and that's all they need to be. For some reason, Yea Forums acts like the whole thing is an abject failure because not every match is an all-time classic, and I don't understand it at all. At first I chalked it up to Yea Forums contrarianism, but people on here put a TON of effort into typing out these long posts talking about how every match is shit. And I have to wonder if we're even watching the same show.

I guess Yea Forums just isn't happy unless every match in every promotion is Ryback vs Ryback.

I still have some faith in him but he's gotta pop off something big in terms of storyline, match and or character. His biggest thing was that he was going to be the guy killing it in-ring but he's not having the best matches right now, so he has to do something, and we'll see how they build his character because they haven't started that yet.
Because the guys are seen as hardcore bump guys and we have all seen hardcore bump stuff from guys like that for over 20 years. It would be much better if one of the guys never did that, and you have someone to either root for to not go through the barbed wire table because you like him, or someone you hate and want to see get his by being put through light tubes and dog feces. Since all 3 are known for this shit it's kind of just par for the course and doesn't seem to matter.
I see what you are saying but you misunderstood me a little. I don't think all matches are shit. I think AEW has good stuff, but the big problem is that even if at one show a guy is in the good shit, and it's enjoyable, next show the guy will be in the bad shit and just fuck it all up. Like Darby Allin just got it on with Cody, why tf is he now playing ECDub with these two guys who I see as dweebs. MJF is also stuck with these kinds of guys, Page is, Omega will be, the Joshi will be, etc... They need to be aggressive with trimming the fat and keeping momentum. Lowecard guys need to be lowercard, we don't need to see Moxley get Jelly's stink rubbed on him in a ME. If you want to give these guys a chance, like the Librarians, they didn't want to cut them right away, they want to give it time and see if they can get over, but okay, you need to do that on real house shows and real dark matches, not have them broadcasted stinking up the show. There is definitely potential but way too much whack or downright garbage shit stinking up the nice things.

Seeing him in a pull-apart brawl, even against the skinny geeks in that video, just isn’t believable at all.
