He was a based singles guy after he dropped that dead weight Edge he started having actually good straight up wrestling matches instead of throwing himself off ladders, but he bumped like crazy, had big charisma, great finisher, fairly athletic and versatile. He was great. His TNA run was pretty cool too and he had a lot of good matches there.

The virgin/chad image user posted above is supposed to be some kind of joke but everything in it is unironically true and that's why people rate him over Edge aside from just straight up having better non gimmick matches than Edge, he went out on his own and did just clean workrate shit with lots of different styles of wrestlers in addition to the gimmick matches and had a lot of integrity and always put in a lot of effort and tried to improve.
