That was Ziggler's first reign. It was even worse than you remember. Edge was stripped of the belt because he used the spear (which was banned) to beat Dolph to retain the title. Vickie then awarded the belt to Ziggler, only for Edge to immediately win it back in a match 10-15 minutes later.

How do you guys even remember various US/IC/tag title reigns from 2+ years ago? I struggle trying to remember who the champions are currently. Unless it's something memorable like Cena taking the US title from the Big Show or Rollins winning it and carrying two titles, it all blends together for me.
