The problem is that you're trying to be in thr same space at the same time. Either the pop-up has to be enough that they can backflip onto your shoulder, or they have to roll backwards up your body and then slip his head out.

I don't think someone like Cobb would be able to do it.
Picture the situation from a German suplex transition. They would have to grab them by their waist have enough strenght to throw someone in the air while still standing, they would have to moonsault in the air to fall into your shoulder so you can do the powerslam deal. Now imagine doing that from a Tiger Suplex position.

the guy would wrap the other guy's arm around his shoulder while standing next to him, then somehow twist/lift him so the guy was on his shoulders similar to a powerbomb, but straddling his arm instead of his neck. i don't remember how he did it, who it was, or who it was called, but it was such a unique and impressive move

My CAWs always use a piledriver and I only hit it when I know for sure that the computer won't kick out to protect the move. Always protecting your finisher should be a golden rule in wrestler
