Vince Russo after Hogan pins Jarrett cuts a promo calling him a bald bastard and a locker room cancer and says the title is vacated which Hogan took personal offence to. Booker T then beats Jarrett for the vacant belt. the storyline was supposed to conclude with Hogan and Booker T having a title unifaction match because Hulk Hogan took one the WCW titles with him but he never returned
