Have him defend his title in real chickenshit ways and make his character based around being a really insecure heel who is pissed that he doesn’t get the respect he thinks he’s entitled to. Have him hold on to the title for awhile too but never getting a totally clean win. I mean it probablt wouldn’t work cause Seth sucks and it’d take somebody really over to be the babyface foil, but idk I’m just spitballing.

Raw after extreme rules, Becky and Seth(with a steel chair) babble some dumb bullshit. Heyman's music hits and he brings in Brock Lesnar. Paul talks about the mitb, Becky retorts that if Brock wants to cash in on Seth, he can try while Seth brandishes his steel chair. After a while, Heyman says "whoever said anything about cashing it on Seth?" And rollins sells out lynch by hitting the chair in her spine reminiscent of the shield breakup. He keeps hitting her till the chair is bent out of shape and then a stomp in the crooked steel, making her bleed worse than Eddie. Then, both Seth and Brock double team on Becky live in the ring. This serves as a great metaphor for how WWE shows their resentment towards Ambrose if you replace Becky with him and also an allusion to the drugged up past of Becky

Continue his current character but emphasize more the fact that he didn't beat Lesnar and Corbin clean. He plays the typical WWE babyface character that is just good at wrestling and wins matches legitimately but only against people below ~250 pounds. Every time he faces a bigger guy, he resorts to bullshit like punching Lesnar in the balls or winning against Corbin with referee shenanigans or via Becky at Extreme Rules. Have him keep beating your Zayns, your AJs and your Ricochets legitimately and have him keep relying on bullshit to beat your Lashleys, your McIntyres, etc. He is called out multiple times but still plays the babyface until a smaller guy (Balor? Bryan?) outbullshits him, cuts a promo on him getting a taste of his own medicine and Seth loses it and turns full on chickenshit heel.
