Better than Kofi at least. He should never have lost the title to that dimeless nigger.

He was good up until he split with Kane.

of course he is
hes the best ever in the ring- knows 7 different styles, is smoother than butter, knows every maneuver and submission in the book

he reinvented himself in the main event 3 times, abandoned Hot gimics in the name of reinventing himself to always stay fresh, and has become one of the top guys in the world on the mic

made it in the completely weighed down and limited environment that is WWE, which exposed manyyyy talented guys

based

He's not even the best on Tuesday nights

Can't say he's the best in the world yet, till he tests his merit in a G1 against guys like Okada and Shingo.

yes he is

cringing hard

good. you can stop breathing while you're at it.

He's definitely the best in the E

no

Yes.

Based

What? I don't speak "subhuman".

Nah he caters to a specific demographic and gets others going with chants and a decent gimmick.
If you're not part of the hardcore fans you won't find much enjoyment but he's good for cheering/booing.

>hes the best ever in the ring
I know fans like to exaggerate but that's abit far-fetched, gayJ is better and that's just 1 off the top of my head.

If there anything we learned over the last few years its that AJ was never as good as Bryan.

Another thing that
didn't touch on is that the ability to carry others and make them look like stars is one of the greatest attributes there is.

he looked like shit on the last Smackdown.
I think that last concussion from botchnigger made him shoot retarded

aj doesn't come close to bryan, maybe joe is better but he is pretty one dimensional.

Never had a single five star match. So... no.

Why didn’t he go to NJPW when he got released in 2010?

Vs Cena at SummerSlam

Yes, the fact that he got an actual match out of Lesnar and even got Lesnar (who is known to hate being hit in the face) to take stiff shots to the face is proof of that.

When Bryan was in his absolute prime in ROH doing shit that almost no one else was doing was when Dave was still grading matches extremely harshly. You only ever got a 5 star if it really was perfect. Nowadays The Bucks and guys like Flip get 5 stars every other week because 5 isn’t even the highest it can go anymore

Danielson vs Homicide was 5

as far as WWE standards go, yes, he's definitely the best in the world. I still can't believe how he went from a vanilla boring face to a despised heel that spews molten lava on the mic.

He’s currently the best in the E and top 5 currently in the world.
Hes so good that the wwe audience refused to let the company bury him despite them trying multiple times. I can’t recall this ever happening before.

>They give him Miz as a pro
>Turns it into a longstanding career rivalry that makes both men better
>They fire him
>Fans force WWE to rehire him
>Put him in a throwaway storyline with the Bellas
>He meets the love of his life/future wife /mother of his child(ren)
>Job him out at WM
>Creates a movement in an instant and become the most over guy in the company
>Don't use him on Raw the next night
>Fans start frothing at the mouth to see hin
>Put him in a throwaway tag team with Kane
>Become the most over tag team in years and bring relevance to the division
>Gets over therapy and a psychiatrist with his own overness
>Teams with Undertaker and is by far the most over man in the ring
>Earns Cenas respect inside and outside the ring to the point that Super Fucking Cena jobs clean to Bryan
>Hijacks the WWEWHC Unification with his existence and "ruins" Orton and Cenas moment
>They sideline him with a Wyatt family storyline to keep him out of the title scene
>Leads to one of the biggest pops since the Attitude Era to the point that the arena is shaking
>Kept out of the Rumble
>Fans force him into the WM main event
>Leads to one of the greatest moments in Wrestlemania and Wrestling history
>Forced to retire
>Becomes one of the greatest on screen personas with Talking Smack and just shits on WWE every week
>Tells WWE doctors to go fuck themselves and gets cleared by every doctor in the world
>No sells a career ending injury
>Returns and reinvents himself against Brock Lesnar
>Brings the B+ Player story full circle in his feud with Kofi
>Rescues Rowan
>Gets extreme environmentalism over
Everything they did only made him stronger. Bryan exists only to tell Vince and creative to go fuck themselves. Bryan is the embodiment of reaching for the brass ring and surpassing it.

You're an absolute moron. Joe vs. Danielson was absolutely kino

Holy based, how does he keep doing it lads?

nah, he is flawed in pretty much every department. in the ring, he is good but like a weaker version of benoit with some kenta thrown in. his promos do not sound natural to me either, but at least he is trying to have an actual character/gimmick with the environmentalism stuff. his final problem is that he is completely unmemorable visually in a visual medium, but all he needs is a mask to fix that.

>imagine being this stupid

>meh brian kinda sucks, would be better with a mask

Please remove yourself from the gene pool.

Fuck no.

Best in the world was Chris Benoit and he isn't even a tiny fraction of what he was.

Cena's only 5 star match was against cm phil.

What happened to Dave anyway. He went years without handing out a 5 star match and now every other spotfest in who japan gets 6 out of 5. Is it to get more subscribers?

Based beyond belief. What will he do next?

Also, forgot the bit where he shoot no-sold some burglar before burying him.

He makes everyone he's in the ring with look good

He's friend with the bucks and omega, that happened.

Hes not better than Stone Cold, The Rock, Undertaker, HBK, Triple H, CM Punk, Seth Rollins, and many many others.

Any particular reason why Daniel Bryan is better?
I'm not into rest holds and dives that genuinely gives him brain damage.
He's not bad by any means but nothing I've seen makes him the best, he works well with his opponents though.

He’s based as hell. He can make almost any angle he’s involved in get over. He’s amazing in the ring. He’s one of the best on the mic currently. He isn’t a self-mark which shows in how good he is at selling and the fact that he knows when it’s the right time to let somebody go over him. Any booker should feel blessed to have him in the ranks.

he's more well-rounded than all of them but i'll really only take issue with Seth, he's not better in any way except height i guess

He did some fucking excellent things with his "new" daniel bryan gimmick, and showed that he has ace promo work. He made his character seem really believeably real with points that mirror real life issues very closely in a way that was very genuine, which is very hard to do. AJ is a very average promo, he gets the job done but he doesn't really grab the crowd in one way or another and he'll stutter every now and then because of his heavy southern accent. For example, here's a great promo bryan semi-recently cut on him: youtube.com/watch?v=khdezq1z1Mc

>well-rounded
That's the thing about Daniel Bryan he has a good balance but doesn't greatly excel at one thing when you compare him to the top guys. The Rock etc all had at least one major talent that put eyes on the show, dbry helps the show but doesn't attract huge numbers.

He's a wrestler you don't want to lose but you can run the show pretty much the same without him, during his retirement there wasn't a huge change in viewership.

he excels greatly at promos and wrestling
i get what you're saying but the WWE was different when The Rock was around. guys could write their own promos then.
nowadays they're on a short leash, have scripts, have their matches booked for them, are told where to look, can't cut their hair without permission, etc etc

Not even top 30.

and yea, obviously Bryan gets a little more freedom than someone like Baron Corbin does. but he's still stifled by the current WWE environment. did you hear about how he had to stop the environmental stuff because it was "too political"?
and he'd still be WWE Champ now if he didn't refuse to go to Saudi Arabia.

He's great in promos but like I said he doesn't greatly excel when you compare him to the all time greats, compared to the current roster yeah but the all time greats? Nah.

Daniel Bryan

He's very monotone, mandrama is a carny business not a documentary show.

Literally yes. Almost everyone working in the business agrees including even WWE stalwarts like HBK and HHH, and faggots like Lance Storm and Bret Hart. I've been watching American and Japanese pro wrestling for about 30 years, and he is the best pro wrestler since the Destroyer. He is the gold standard because his psychology is 100. He can work any style with any person and have a good match under any condition, while putting his opponents over, and telling such compelling stories with his wrestling itself that he leaves almost everything for the other guys on the card to help get them over, because of the fact that he does so much by spending so little. He doesn't need flips, piledrivers, flying attacks, avalanche high spots, head drops, huge fighting spirit nosell comebacks, etc, he often used to let everyone else on the card do those things to help get them over and make amazing matches with great psychology out of almost nothing. He can and does do those other things too when he's at the top of the card and needs to deliver, but he just doesn't have to, and makes a point of swerving the audience by telling a completely different story to what they'd expect just for the challenge of it.

He could have a better match using only Hulk Hogan's moveset, than almost everyone in the business could, using whatever moves they wanted. It's almost unbelievable how good he actually is, you simply don't get to see it in WWE because it's not his job, and also, he's not here trying to prove it all the time because everyone already knows, so it seems like he kind of just has fun and takes his paychque and tries to put people over.

If you want to talk about promos then idk. Jay Leno once wrestled a match and he's pretty good at talking so he's probably the GOAT pro wrestler if that's what you value.

You honestly think Seth Rollins is better?
There is no way you can honestly think this and not be retarded

nah

Attached: kennzo.jpg (274x184, 8K)

He's up there with Okada.
WHEN
FUCKING WHEN WILL WE GET THIS FUCKING MATCH I'M SICK OF WAITING

>Since the Destroyer
You mean this guy?

It honestly says alot about him that he manages to be great even with the restrictions of modern wwe, imo you could put Omega, you could put Okada, you could put any njpw or indie guy in DB's place and none of them would come close to his success in this enviroment.

Yup

better than all the gooks in NJPW combined

Not top 5, maybe top 10.
He's gonna be in mid card hell for the rest of his career anyway.

its not 2016 anymore

yes

>hes the best ever in the ring
>never even had a ***** match
lmao

Jay leno is a hack should have had steel cage match with letterman so Dave could stab him in the eye with a number 2 pencil

>I've been watching American and Japanese pro wrestling for about 30 years
No you haven't faggot
