In all honesty all three of them were ready to be put on a main show as soon as they learned whatever way Vince demands you talk or act on camera. Nxt is a sham because it's supposed to be developmental but it's really just Haitches personal super indy. He holds on to some people way longer than they ever need to be in NXT.

Well they are obviously doing it wrong. There have been times when they put guys into the main show when they should have kept in NXT, and many times where the wrestlers were completely ready to move up but they just hold them there in developmental limbo.

NXT has been strapped for talent for a while now, plus the main roster is pretty goddamn full. In all likelihood, they're being used to put younger prospects over, as well as giving them seasoned opponents.
