Not him, but the waiting list for mental health services is usually a postcode lottery. It tends to be psychiatric assessments that get precedent (2-4 weeks) whereas therapy and counselling is about 6 months.
There are substance abuse charities that can help in Scotland I can hook the dude up with if he cares.

I would hope chronic alcohol abuse sets a good precedent, it's not just some depression but idk how that system works. even with insurance you have to wait months anyways but at the very least a GP visit could help him.

Ospreay has a pretty big support system of friends and loved ones to help him through rough patches, he’s lucky. Cass/CazXL is pretty alone if we’re being honest. He’s lost all his friends except Enzo and Enzo’s not going to be the guy you turn to when you feel like you might relapse on something. The DDP accountability center might do him some good. I hope he gets out of wrestling too, he should just do some security work or something.

Yeah, GP can't generally prescribe Naltrexone. Psychiatric Doctor would usually do that. GP can refer to the Psch Doc though. It's usually quick.
