That's not even the issue. The problem was too many people trying to pitch stuff and constantly running him ragged with their shit that he has to rewrite so it's presentable.
Now that Heyman and Bischoff are installed as gatekeepers Vince has more time to devote to the show as a whole without having to micromanage every little thing because most of the shit will have been filtered out, tweaked, and refined by Bischoff and Heyman before it crosses his desk.
