To clarify, those you approve of (for that +1) don't have to specifically be on your list, they can simply be ones you generally agree with / wouldn't actively disagree with. E.g. Benoit or Perfect didn't quite make my list, but they are still based and thus I approve of them being on someone else's and they get a +1 each.

Also if you don't actively approve or disaprove, if they're just kinda 'meh' in your eyes, then obviously give that wreslter a 0. No change.
