They should. they should not equal to singles wins, but if you win in tag matches, you are obviously better wrestler than the person who was on the other side of the ring, because you have beaten them.
If they're doing a tag tournament for the tag champs, they should do a round robin tournament for the women. Two blocks, five women per block (Kong's not a full-timer and Brandi's the boss). Do one or two matches per night, with all matches complete just before the next big PPV after All Out (20 matches total), top woman from each block faces each other at the next PPV for the women's title.
Gives each woman a record and opportunity for seeding storylines with each other.
It'll probably be Britt Baker, because she's the first female that signed full-time and they're already using her on all the red carpet stuff and everyone goes out of their ways to mention her in all interviews when talking about the womens division.
I don't think she's the best choice in the long run as the first women's champ, though, because she's not especially charismatic, doesn't have a larger than life feel to her and isn't super likeable with her constant resting bitch face and the way she talks in interviews. I think she'd do better as a heel that wins the title down the line.

I think the win will be babyface like, but few weeks later she'll turn into an asshole. Won't fantasy book, because we really don't know how they will book anything, we don't have real feel what they consider good reign or something like that, but I think she should be first champ and she should be a heel champion.But not turning heel right away, but later.

I heard riho was moving to aew. Also they are teasing a long term program with yuka and riho, so far the wrestlers love it and all their matches got huge crowd reactions with yuka already being a fan favourite. For me they are literally signed, just waiting for them to make it official.
