Vince doesn't know how to up the quality of his product. He's been out of touch for nearly 30 years. The Attitude Era wasn't his doing.

It's retarded to think talent wouldn't be constantly looking for a different job that may pay more. The normal talent aren't making huge money, the ones who are won't contact another company. Plenty of people who work minimum wage jobs are actively looking for another place that will pay them more.

If Vince wants to win this stupid war he must do only four things:

-Hire good writers to plot good and coherent storylines, build characters and promos with the wrestlers and set the feuds with one year before vision.
-Forgive and delete all cringe stuff like "WWE UNIVERSE", "superstar", "shake-up", "wild care", toy belts, and that childish shit.
-Less duration for RAW and less events per year
-Vince himself must believe in his team and don't try to self-insert him in each decission.

WWE doesn't need "workrate", 30 minutes matches and that shit. Western audience wants good shows with a good in-ring and out-ring story around.

Roman Reigns could be the bigger star alive just if a good writer and not Vince would book his storylines years ago.
