Actual real no holds barred? Tossup. Kevin Nash knows some gouge from back when he was getting trained, so he might be able to use that to win. No one knows for sure because no one is stupid enough to get into a sanctioned fight where biting and eye poking are allowed.

the question of who would have won in a shoot fight around that time is an interesting one. neither were pro shoot fighters at any time but, kevin nash had some experience as a bar bouncer before getting into wrestling (tho as he himself has put it, it's usually pretty easy to beat up piss drunk guys who can barely see or walk) meanwhile taker was a big fan of ufc (even before it was cool) and hung out with legit tough guys who showed him a few things (part of why he started wearing mma gloves and using more submission moves in his wrestling matches)
if you're talking current-day, they're both too old and too self-aware of their own age to even think about it. ultimate warrior got mad at nash for some dumb internet shit and challenged him to a real fight a couple years before he died, nash laughed him off and said the beef wasn't worth two old fucks hurting themselves over
