NJPW is doing already his fair share of making girls to commit to joshi puroresu. According to Meiko, it was NJPW the reason she got many young girl to train in her dojo. Her being a product of GAEA Japan's dojo helps as she knows what the product should be and whenever you see her crowds they are normal people unlike the people you find in Stardom or TJPW.

Suzuki has management experience in Pancrase, can be considered an NJPW native, but he's still an attraction and probably still has a couple of active years left.
Liger's booked before, at least for the jr. division back in the early 00s. If he can produce hatred kino like the NJ vs. NOAH feud of that era, then it's not a bad idea.
Jado taking up more booking responsibility makes the most sense.
Tanahashi as booker doesn't excite me, but it's somewhat possible.
Milano, maybe.
Shibata, probably not. He's respected and probably has a good enough sense of in-ring stuff but management seems happy with him focusing on the LA dojo.
If there really is a change, I predict Jado being the main booker with an ex-wrestler like Iizuka or Captain fooking New Japan helping out.
