based. would also like to add that CMLL and AJPW both have ties to the NWA and used their belts for decades. 2 of the 3 belts that made up the AJPW triple crown before they were unified under the one current belt were NWA titles. IWGP was also created by Inoki as a new governing body to replace NJPW's world championship at the time, the NWF (NWA sanctioned Buffalo and Cleveland territory) belt.

technically you can't. what you can trace it back to is pic related... the NWF belt. the NWF was the NWA sanctioned territory for Buffalo/Rochester/Cleveland. Inoki loved the NWF belt and brought it over to Japan to be their world title after he won it. In 1976, the NWA big leagued them into no longer referring to the NWF title as a world title. it stayed in NJPW until Nakamura won it and unified it with the IWGP heavyweight title in 2004. it looks a lot like the backlund belt, but you'll notice the plates are all different. i actually like it better.

The Original World title not only splintered off to form the NWA Title but the AWA Title as well.
The AWA Title then splintered off into the AWA Superstars of Wrestling Title when the promoter laid a legit claim at the time of the name & title.
Then THAT AWA Superstars Title got splintered off into the Zero-1 World Title since Zero-1 commissioned the new belt.
tl;dr: Zero-1 World Title can be traced back to the original World title like the NWA Title can.

Well, if we're going full Ring Magazine Autism. Then the WWE Universal Title is not a World Title, especially when you use WWE's own definitions against them.
The Universal Title didn't come from a dispute with the WWE World Champion (Or any World Title), nor was it unified with multiple regional titles/World Title, nor is it defended against international opponents.
And using WWE's definitions, the audience is the WWE Universe, therefor the WWE Universal Title when translated from "Vince Speak" is the WWE People's Title. Again, not a World title.
