WWE gives their talents guaranteed money each year, so if talent has a $250k downside, that means the talent is getting at least $250k a year regardless how many dates they worked.

Impact is doing some shady shit where they can prevent their talent from working elsewhere without paying them for exclusivity and talent also doesn't have any fixed income because Impact doesn't gives them guaranteed money. That's why Killer Kross and Scarlet Bordeux wanted to leave.
