Again, learn how storytelling works, it's not their fault you became a wrestling fan too late to have seen one. He was weakened by the match so far and it would've made less sense for Undertaker to have kicked out if it was a full jackhammer.

i don't think that's quite right. i think he gave himself a prematch blade job (like vince did for the owens headbutt) and just hit the door with his fist. he goes to bust it open when he takes the post but dives too hard and knocks himself out.
