I don't think this is impossible, and Gedo is always great at making me think something could happen, even when it obviously won't.
I certainly don't expect Okada to have another 2-year title run, but if Jericho wins, I highly doubt he's doing the G1. That sounds crazy for him at this age with an AEW title match coming up.
I mean, I guess it could happen, but I really doubt it. Guess we'll find out soon enough.
