Smack ratings are actually a reflection of what people thought of RAW the night before. RAW was able to maintain a "good" rating by saying "Brock is gonna cash in tonight!" all night, when the show ended with him not doing it people were unsatisfied so less of them tuned into the next show from the same company that spent all night fucking with them.
