>smarks unironically think Samoa Joe vs Kobashi from ROH is a top 10 match of all time, when it's not even a top 50 Kobashi match of his life, and was just a regular smoke and mirror choppa fest helped by a great crowd because it catered to a few hundred neckbeards
>same hypocrite smarks unironically complain about Hogan vs Rock, match between the two biggest draws of all time and aura 100000x that of Joe/Kobashi being just a standard kick punch match, and was only memorable because of a great crowd
The best thing about Kobashi vs. Joe was the interview they both did after the match; Kobashi looked like he just ran a light jog and was all smiles whereas Joe looked like he was about to fucking die (and no he wasn't selling). Really highlighted the difference between a wrestler who had a ton of brutal, stiff wars over many years and a wrestler who pretended he had a ton of brutal, stiff wars over many years.
