Then
Now
Forever

The execution of these segments are already lackluster even if the concept had potential, but the WWE production team ruins it even further by going over the top with the distortions and spOoOoky quick cutaways. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE CREEPY DO YOU GET IT DO YOU?

God forbid they try something new

Cringe worthy shit

Just wait until he trades wins with Bobby Lashley for no reason and becomes just another body on the roster.

I like Bray, but I ding-dong diddly hate the spiderwalk shit it's cringe especially when the other guys have to act like they're scared of it

oh look, the smarks have already turned on the segment

he will get one quick match on a shit tier PPV and will then be forgotten

>Bit debuts
>Cool, can't wait to see him wrestle
>Three more weeks pass
>Cool, he showed off his new ring look, surely he'll wrestle now
>More bits, no sign of wrestling
Shit's just spinning its wheels, my man. Remember when Goldust spent like two months cutting promos about movies and using his old make-up?

>be wwe
>hey people like something we did!
>let’s keep doing it over and over except with no progression and the creativity it had in the first place until people no longer like it then bury it and everyone attached to it!

>caring about wrestling
Have sex

>watching wrestling for the matches
Sounds like indy piss-ant companies would be more your speed.

you think we don't want this to be good?
the problem is that we've seen the WWE fuck this stuff up over and over again
OP's just a dipshit

Reminder that if you watch wrestling but don't care for wrestling matches you're just watching the worst possible soap opera and are a legitimate retard.

It totally, unironically is.

basado

>they've never done things like this before

Wrestling for the matches themselves is even more low-brow because every wrestler sticks to their bread-and-butter moveset and after a few you're effectively just seeing rehashes you can largely call spot-for-spot in your head as you go along with them.
Wrestling for the segments/stories treating the matches as thematic blow-offs is the best way. The issue is that isn't done properly nowadays and the companies that deliver their stories through stories through segments do so terribly.

Your entire post applies only to the WWE.

Idk man I liked this one, the ending was p cool

I only watch NJPW, and I can call what happens in an NJPW match to the point of being bored by repetition sometimes, and they have the best wrestlers on the planet with the most creative stories.
And no wrestling company actually packages their stories in the conventional Western segmented style well nowadays, so that's not singular to WWE.

It's the most entertaining thing in wrestling currently, what not enough reddit tier cringeworthy jokes like BTE, why don't you go on to consumingSoylent

Thats because the wrestling that you know is theatrics. Every flip and kickout is choreographed, waiting for that brief applause after the spot ends. Real wrestling fans came to see brawls so it never got boring. Wrestling is dead!

Unfunny and super duper cringe Husky harris doing what husky harris knows best, get rid of this fucking stupid pose

congrats you are the remaining 1.8 million that care about wwe's entertainment

Thanks. Congrats on being part of the 200k that enjoys wrestling.

You're both tribal identity faggots who need to seek individuality and have sex.

Ya seethe?

Yikes and cringe.

Wtf I love WWE now

Subtlety is key, but WWE wouldn't know about that
