Probably not, but it's obvious WWE saw more potential in Seth and Roman and thus that's why they gave them their pushes. Every time Dean was given the ball, he ended up dropping it. Look at his WWE Title run in 2016 or even his last IC run at the end of 2018. Both times he had the crowd behind him and both times he failed to capitalize.
