You know you see guys lifting big weights in the gym for one-two reps. See I'm more impressed with that skinny jacked dude who can do 100 pushups in two minutes or 50 perfect form pushups non-stop than the guy who can bench a huge amount of weight. Like Rich Piana, and all those other guys, get on the pullupbar. Your curling 200lbs doesn't impress me. Bust out 20 perfect form chinups and I'll consider you strong.

Right now I am bulking. I do 45min of cardio In the morning and lift weights for about 50-55min. 15 reps or more is what I do at the gym

When you actually work out and train, you can eat whatever you want to and still make gains. YOu can eat double cheeseburgers from MCD and still get big.
He probably does not eat enough. I am 6”3 and have a good frame. Adam is pretty small. Genetics are important.
