Dean might not be a great wrestler in the ring, but he's a great pro-wrestler and Vince seriously limited him outside of needing a substitute for 3 months when Roman Reigns got popped for wellness violation stuff.

Dean, like Cody, is one of Vince's most underutilized talents and he should've been treated as a main eventer. There's plenty of examples in WWE where he shined, most notably the HHH match in 2016.
